Terms of Service

To be within the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s guidelines, I take extensive information when tagging an animal. I can and will reject any requests that are not within those guidelines or if the customer refuses to provide the information asked for. If you bring an animal and do not have the proper permits or the animal is on the protected species list, I will reject your service request and report you to FWC. If an animal appears to have been frozen for an extended amount of time before the time “hunted” you will be reported. If you bring roadkill that is not on the FWC’s roadkill list, you will be reported. I do not currently taxidermy any manatees, panthers/cougars, sea turtles, Florida black bears, American alligators, crocodiles, gopher tortoises, bald eagles, or any fresh water turtles; unless it is taxidermy for educational purposes from a reliable and trusted institution with the correct permits.
